Main tasks and qualifications
- Architect and design Azure-based solutions for ORBIT Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce Azure architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of Azure services and technologies to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring alignment with Azure architectural standards.
- Identify and address challenges in the implementation of Azure-based solutions, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Azure architectural solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Azure cloud services.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of architectural documentation for Azure solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Solution Architect or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions in a cloud environment.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting Azure services and technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, specifically within the Azure ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English.
